Lorraine Haataia, Ph.D. is a corporate trainer and consultant who helps businesses achieve continuous improvement and growth from the inside out. She successfully guides her clients through sustainability efforts while continually evaluating the effectiveness of their environmental management systems.

As an expert in education and business process improvement, Dr. Lorraine develops training materials to help companies engage employees, orchestrate profitable green initiatives, and communicate their environmental performance both internally and externally.

Dr. Lorraine has conducted seminars and has been speaking professionally for nearly two decades. Her background in business leadership includes various industry experiences, such as transportation, technology, construction and interior design. Over the past 15 years, Dr. Lorraine has implemented numerous ways to advance the effectiveness of intranet sites, Web sites, offices, classrooms, and showrooms by designing them in a way that achieves the most favorable results.

While working in the shipping industry, Dr. Lorraine was instrumental in securing an award from the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) for her ability to design and deliver results-based training.

Dr. Lorraine has been featured on cable and national television, and her business articles have been featured in Spa Management, TechJournal South, Produce Merchandising Magazine, Furniture World, Reliable Plant, Professional Door Dealer, National Mail Order Association, Global Cosmetic Industry Magazine, Exchange Magazine, and Parenteral Drug Association Letter. She earned her Ph.D. in Curriculum & Instruction from the University of Florida.
